Note: all clinic practitioner bases companies including Vitality accept an unofficial transcript from the college.

For an unofficial copy follow the steps below.  

1. “My Study” tile, select the Self-Service Documents tab / Academic Transcript.  
2. The document will be sent to your student email  
3. A copy will also be available on the Communications tab. 
4. If you require an official copy, you can complete the “Academic Transcript Request’ form located on the Student Portal / Forms tile.
